Groundbreaking in its class, the PolarFire® SoC FPGA is the first system-on-chip (SoC) FPGA capable of seamlessly running Linux® and real-time applications, featuring a deterministic, coherent RISC-V CPU cluster and a deterministic L2 memory subsystem. With a wide range of options from 25 K to 460 K logic elements (LEs) and high-speed 12.7 Gbps transceivers, PolarFire SoC FPGAs deliver exceptional versatility and The memory interfaces feature a 36-bit DDR4/DDR3/LPDDR4/LPDDR3 memory controller with Single Error Correction Double Error Detection (SECDED) capability. These features ensure data integrity while enhancing system reliability and performance.
