Nexperia's recovery rectifiers deliver high power density while minimizing reverse recovery time and loss for efficient switching and power conversion applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.
The portfolio consists of 200 V hyperfast switching parts with optimized recovery time (trr) of 25 ns housed in CFP3 and CFP5 clip-bond packages. Offering a low voltage drop (VF @ IF max ~ 1 V) and low leakage current, also at high temperature of up to +175°C. All types are high-speed switching capable and AEC-Q101 qualified.
