The silicon capacitor JEDEC compatible range is available in most popular size/capacitance values, from few pF up to few µF. In addition to the industry standard delivery in the 1000 piece tape and reel, these products can also be delivered in wafer form or waffle packs on request. The JEDEC compatible range is designed for the standard flip chip reflow mounting and full mounting application notes as well as educational videos are available for further assistance. Most of the capacitors in this product range can be also be used for the wire-bonding purpose, by turning the device onto the back side, gluing it on the support, and attaching wires on the top. The standard finish and pad plating is with nickel gold. Aluminum or gold finishing are available by special request.
