IPDiA provides a whole range of the JEDEC foot-print compatible devices for different applications. A low derating rate over the entire temperature range, with less than 65 ppm/°C, from -55° to 250°C, makes the IPDIA silicon capacitor a good choice for high temperature sensitive applications. Adding a low capacity derating on the DC bias, as well as less than 0.001% per 1000 hours, makes these high stability devices the right solution for any application when there can be no compromise with quality. The HSSC range, receives an extra burn-in test at the end of the production line, making it a valuable and reliable capacitor on the market. Low profile SiCaps are overcoming space and volume constraints with low thickness (100 µm and less), enabling new applications not previously possible.
