Littelfuse's SMF4L series 400 W TVS diode is compact and stops damaging transient voltages
Littelfuse's SMF4L series TVS diode is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events, offered in uni-directional and bi-directional voltage breakdowns. It is provided in a small-footprint, flat-lead, low-profile plastic SOD-123FL package. With a board footprint of just 3.10 mm x 2.00 mm x 0.98 mm, the SMF4L series TVS Diode is in a 50 percent smaller package than a regular SMA device. Its maximum height profile of just 0.98 mm and 400 W at 10/1000 μs peak pulse power dissipation capability allows the SMF4L series to fit neatly into transient voltage protection applications where compact design is critical.
