STMicroelectronics Automotive-grade Thyristor | DigiKey Daily

STMicroelectronics' automotive-grade thyristors are designed for applications such as automotive and stationary battery chargers. These devices offer 1000 V/µs noise immunity, ±1200 V AC off state voltage, and AEC-Q101 qualification. Rated at 150°C junction temperature and for 30 ARMS power switching, the TN3050H-12GY-TR comes in an ECOPACK®1 compliant D²PAK package, and the TN3050H-12WY comes in an ECOPACK®2 compliant through-hole TO-247 package .
