One final consideration for a terminal block is its user friendliness. That is where the options shown here come into play. For ease of wiring for the installers, circuit identification printed onto the terminal blocks may be needed. If there are multiple headers on a board and an installer wants to easily identify which plug mates to which header, additional colors may also be considered. Or finally, to eliminate installing terminal blocks on the PCB backwards, locating pins are also available.
