THINC

THINC is T-Global premium range of thermally conductive caps. These products provide superior electrical insulation, which ensures maximum protection against electrical breakdown while reducing the total thermal resistance to the cooling element, heat sink, or chassis. This can greatly improve the performance and lifetime of the device. THINC is available in a number of common dimensions for packages such as TO-220, TO-3P, and TO-247 packages. This product line provides superior thermal conductivity of 1.9 W/m-k, a dielectric breakdown voltage of 4KVAC, and low silicone outgassing.
