Learn about Cypress' Energy Harvesting portfolio. An energy harvesting Power Management IC, or PMIC is an IC that converts intermittent harvested power to stable power, with low start-up power and low quiescent current. An energy harvesting device harvests energy, for example from solar cells  which harvest light, piezoelectric and electromagnetic induction devices which harvest energy from vibration, and thermoelectric generators which harvest energy from heat.
