High-temperature SCR thyristors from Littelfuse have low gate trigger current making them ideal for unidirectional switching of converters and rectifiers as well as phase control and voltage regulators. Robust design provides for a high junction temperature of +150°C as well as high dv/dt performance with a surge capability up to 300 A at 60 Hz half cycle.
