Image of Littelfuse's AQ24COM-02 Automotive Grade TVS Diode Array Littelfuse's AQ24COM-02 bidirectional TVS diode arrays, fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology, protect electronic equipment against high electrostatic discharge (ESD) levels. These TVS diode arrays safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. They also safely dissipate a 5 A 8/20 μs surge event (see IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd Edition).
