Hybrid High CV Axial and Radial Crown Capacitors - PHA227 and PHH227 Series
KEMET’s capacitors have remarkable electrical performance, designed to handle extremely high demands of automotive applications
KEMET, a YAGEO Company, expands their PHA227 and PHH227 series hybrid capacitors. They have a polarized all-welded design, tinned copper wire leads, and a negative pole connected to the case. The winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminum can with a high-purity aluminum lid and a high-quality rubber gasket. Low ESR is conditioned by a highly conductive polymer (PEDOT/PSS) and an all-welded design. The polymer system creates an electrical pathway between the anodic oxide layer and the cathode through a mechanical separator paper. The winding is impregnated with a liquid electrolyte that results in the self-healing features of the capacitor. The mechanical robustness is suitable for use in automotive and industrial applications.
