Chipguard ESD Protectors

Bourns' CGA-MLC series is a family designed to protect sensitive automotive electronics from the threat of ESD up to IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 in the ultra-small 0402 and 0603 type packages. These very fast bidirectional protectors have low capacitance, minimal insertion loss, and low leakage over a wide temperature range.
