WSEN-HIDS Humidity Sensor with Integrated Temperature Sensor

Wurth Elektronik's WSEN-HIDS humidity sensor measures humidity and temperature with long-term stability due to the low energy requirement and its calibrated and temperature compensated digital output. This humidity sensor is based on advanced micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) technology and is only 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.9 mm in size. It features an integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and temperature sensor, which can be connected to commonly used microcontrollers via an I²C or SPI interface. With the help of the software development kit, data rates and use of the interrupt pin are fast and easy.
