199D TANTALEX® Capacitors

The 199D Series of TANTALEX® Capacitors from Vishay Sprague are rugged, reliable capacitors featuring low leakage and low dissipation factors. The 199D is available in 6 miniature sizes and 3 lead styles with standard order in tape and reel packaging. Standard terminations are Sn/Pb but are also available in Rohs compliant, 100% Tin. The 199D series is suitable for a broad range of consumer, industrial, and commercial electronic equipment.

173D TANTALEX® Capacitors

The 173D Series of TANTALEX® Capacitors from Vishay Sprague are precision molded in flame retardant, thermo-epoxy resin. The 173D is laser marked for improved legibility and its tapered end provides easy identification of the anode (positive terminal). The 173D is available in 5 miniature sizes, with standard order in tape and reel packaging. Terminations are Sn/Pb standard and are also available in Rohs-compliant, 100% Tin. The 173D series is designed for, but not limited to, high performance automotive, industrial, and commercial electronic equipment.
