Renesas’ winning combination reference design for an IH rice cooker includes a heating block and human-machine interface (HMI). A highly integrated smart insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) driver and controller, as well as a low loss IGBT, help to realize a simple and high-performance IH rice cooker.

Total IH solution with the iW248 smart IGBT driver/controller and RBN25H125S1FPQ IGBT makes for a simpler and easier design for high-performance IH applications
System controller RL78/L13 microcontroller (MCU) supports simple HMI

- 20 V, 150 mA linear regulator
