With the clip-bonding process, the heat transfer path from the junction to the casing is shorter which helps reduce the thermal resistance values and increase the current surge capability. System benefits include higher efficiency, low power losses, smaller size, space savings, and better system reliability. The products are available in 1 A, ranging from 40 V to 200 V.
