Image of Littelfuse's SC1205-01UTG TVS Diode Array 7 A Bidirectional in DFN0201 Littelfuse's SC1205-01UTG bidirectional TVS diode is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology and provides a high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. The SC1205-01UTG TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. Each TVS can safely dissipate a 7 A, 8 µs / 20 µs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5 2nd Edition.
