Automotive Ultra-High CV Capacitor - PEH228/PEG228 Series
KEMET's automotive grade axial and crown radial aluminum electrolytic capacitors are rated up to 150°C with very good energy density
KEMET's ultra-high CV PEG228 and PEH228 have outstanding electrical performance and high energy storage capability. They are rated -40°C to +150°C at rated voltage with no derating voltage requirements. The capacitor has a polarized all-welded design, tinned copper wire leads, and a negative pole connected to the case. The winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminum can with a high-purity aluminum lid and a high-quality rubber gasket. Low ESR is the result of a low resistive electrolyte/paper system and an all-welded design. The PEG228 is with an axial termination, and the PEH228 has a radial crown termination.
