TDK capacitors with a robust SMD design and hybrid-polymer technology are ideal for industrial applications

Image of TDK's SMD Hybrid-Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic CapacitorsTDK's SMD series of hybrid-polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitors are available in 25 VDC / 330 µF and 35 VDC / 270 µF versions with dimensions of 10 mm x 10.2 mm (D x L). The capacitors are RoHS-compatible, AEC-Q200 qualified, and designed for a maximum operating temperature of +125°C and a long service life of at least 4,000 hours.

Thanks to the hybrid polymer technology, these compact capacitors offer excellent electrical parameter values including ultra-low ESR (20 mΩ or less) and high ripple current capability (2.8 A at +125°C and 100 Hz).
