Diodes' ICs with protocol-specific functionality for high-speed standards include PCIe packet switches, PCIe-to-PCI bridges, PCIe-to-USB bridge, and PCIe / PCI / I²C / SPI / 8-bit bus-to-UARTs to address design challenges posed by high-speed connectivity of smaller and faster electronics.

The PCIe-to-PCI / PCI-X bridge products are capable of forward and reverse bridging. PCIe-to-PCI / PCI-X bridges are designed for a variety of applications and platforms. As Diodes is an active member of PCI-SIG®, PICMG®, and ASI SIG Plugfest, these PCIe-to-PCI / PCI-X bridge products are fully qualified on PCI-SIG integrator's list.

Diodes' serial bride devices range from cost-effective 8-bit / I²C / SPI-to-UARTs to high performance multi-port PCI / PCIe-to-UARTs. The I²C / SPI-to-UARTs are offered in 1- and 2-port configurations with several enhanced features. The 8-bit / PCI / PCIe-to-UARTs are offered in 2-, 4-, and 8-port configurations.
