Image of Aavid's Extruded Heat Sinks Boyd offers a selection of extruded heat sink profiles in over 5,000 tooled shapes. These solutions provide a greater range of natural convection solutions for higher power systems or can be combined with a fan for high performance forced convection cooling.

Boyd extruded heat sink profiles range from simple flat back fin structures to complex geometries for optimized cooling that fits any board or device. These profiles include max clip extrusions which can be paired with Boyd max clips to further improve thermal performance while saving time and money on mounting and assembly. These can all be quoted through DigiKey.
