ENS21x Family of Humidity and Temperature Sensors

ScioSense's ENS21x digital temperature and humidity sensor family extends the ENS210 and ENS210A (automotive grade) lines. All family members come in a 2 mm x 2 mm QFN4 package and provide digital, pre-calibrated temperature (Kelvin) and relative humidity output through a digital I²C interface.

The ENS211, ENS212, and ENS215 offer features such as lowered current consumption (ENS211 and ENS212: typ. 1.7 µA at 1 Hz), improved relative humidity accuracy (ENS212: ±1.5% RH) or highest temperature and relative humidity accuracy (ENS215: down to ±0.1 K and ±0.8% RH) for demanding applications.

These products allow customers to choose a sensor that matches the specific requirements of applications, from smart home, asset, and activity tracking to industrial and instrumentation applications. All products are pin-compatible, allowing customers to build modular designs or simplify product modifications and variations.
