ScioSense's ENS21x automotive-grade digital RH and temperature sensor family builds on the successful ENS210 high-performance digital output sensor that integrates humidity and temperature sensing in a 2 mm x 2 mm QFN4 package. The ENS210A offers automotive-grade quality, satisfying applications requiring AEC Q100 Grade 1 compliance.
The sensor offers a wide sensing temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and an RH ranging from 0% to 100%. The typical temperature accuracy is ±0.15°C in the range of 0°C to +70°C and the typical RH accuracy is ±2.0% at +25°C temperature between 0% and 85%. The digitally calibrated output is provided to the external processors and controllers through an I2C interface. This enables automotive HVAC management and balancing, windshield de-fogging, dew-point detection, or system water ingress monitoring. For specific application requirements, additional RH and temperature accuracy versions are available in the ENS21x family.
