TDK’s “CGJ series” is offered in EIA case sizes ranging from 0402 to 1206, capacitance ratings up to 10mF, and voltage ratings from 6.3V to 50V. The “CGJ series” is available in EIA Class 1 and 2. Therefore, temperature characteristics such as C0G and X7R are available. CGJ is a new product series for TDK. Consequently, capacitance and rated voltage offerings will continue to expand.
