This slide shows more information on the G1 and G2 families of devices. The G1 family includes the STPSC606, for example, which is a 6 A, 600 V device. All G1 devices are 600 V. The range extends from 4 A to 20 A. G2 products are also listed, and have a similar part number. An example is the STPSC6H065, another 6 A device. By adding an H to indicate G2 and then a 065 to represent the 650 V. G2 products are at least 650 V. The range extends from 4 A to 20 A. STMicro also has one 1200 V device and a couple multiple diode configurations. The suffix always indicates the package.
