The JM60 is based on the S08 core, which offers up to 48MHz core frequency. The JM60 device features USB 2.0 full speed device capability, up to 60KB of flash memory, 4KB SRAM, and 256 Bytes USB RAM. The JM128 further extends the low end of the 32-bit MCUs. The JM128 features USB 2.0 full speed Host/Device/On-The-Go functionality with configuration flexibility, up to 128KB of flash memory, and up to 16KB SRAM. The Flexis JM family integrates USB transceiver to further reduce system cost and make development much easier.
