If we look at the displays, we have a parallel situation with the video DAC. If video information with a frame stored in memory that we are planning on sending out to a display, and if it’s an analog based display, we first need a video encoder such as the ADV7174 or 7179. We configure via I²C, we send the data via the PPI data bus, and if needed, we send these frame sync signals via the PPI frame syncs.
