For the first application grouping, high surface energy and harsh environments, the 3M adhesive 200MP and 100MP families should be considered. In the graphic above, the y-axis represents temperature, solvent and shear performance whereas the x-axis represents typical adhesion levels. The temperature shown above is from 200 deg F to 500 deg F on the y-axis. The typical adhesion level is 181 oz/inch to stainless steel represented on the x-axis.
