STMicroelectronics' ACS108-8SP higher-immunity switch is offered in a SOT223 package
STMicroelectronics' ACS108-8SP higher-immunity 0.8 AAC switch is offered in a SOT223 package. This device is targeted for small load switchings (e.g., valves, lamps, and actuators) in home appliance applications. Compared to the ACS108-8SN in standard SOT223 package, the ACS108-8SP is available in a two-lead version in order to increase the creepage distance from 1.5 mm to 3.7 mm, allowing customers to meet more than 250 V creepage voltage in humid environments where conductive pollution occurs such as washing machines or dishwashers (according to IEC60730 pollution degree 3).
