Molex's IP67-rated cable assemblies feature positive locking and a raised-body male terminal design

Image of Molex's Mizu-P25 Off-The-Shelf (OTS) Cable Assemblies Molex's off-the-shelf Mizu-P25 (mini type) cable assemblies feature a 2.5 mm pitch, up to 4 A current, and a variety of cable lengths. Positive locking eliminates any possibility of incomplete mating, and the raised-body male terminal design provides polarization to prevent mismating. IP67 rating prevents ingress of dust and water to ensure a reliable connection, and the spring-beam terminal design provides high pressure and small deflection of high-vibration applications.

  • Contact resistance: 10 mΩ
  • Dielectric withstanding voltage: 500 VAC for one minute between adjacent terminals
  • Insulation resistance (min.): 250 MΩ
Mechanical Features
  • Contact insertion force (max): 58.8 N
  • Contact retention to housing (min): 29.4 N
  • Mating force: 49 N to 58.8 N (depending on the number of circuits)
  • Unmating force: 14.7 N to 49 N (depending on the number of circuits)
