BHW’s super-compact 2.4 GHz FEM with excellent noise figure and power efficiency improves the range of wireless microphones to industrial IoT devices.
Housed inside a 2 mm x 2 mm 8L-DFN package, BHWM257 is a compact 2.4 GHz RF front-end module (FEM) with a power amplifier, a low noise amplifier, and two SPDT switches. BHMW257 has on-chip matching at all RF ports and ESD protection for all I/O ports and offers state-of-art performance, including 1.7 dB noise figure and ultra-low power consumption (22 mA for +13 dBm at antenna).
