Image of Amphenol's AMPHE-DANTE Adapters Amphenol Sine's Amphe-Dante products enable simple connection of analog equipment to a Dante network and can receive audio channels from a Dante network and provide studio quality, low latency audio via an XLR connector to analog audio equipment. Any audio available on the Dante network can be routed via the XLR outputs to an amplifier, powered speaker, mixing console, digital signal processor (DSP), or other analog audio device.

This device requires a 48 V power source, which must be provided by a Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch, or a PoE injector. (CAUTION! If using a PoE injector, it must be IEEE 802.3af compliant. Use of a non-compliant PoE injector can terminally damage the device and may void the warranty.)
