1170 Silver Aluminum Foil Tape with Conductive Adhesive

3M's 1170 series aluminum foil tape with conductive adhesive is a flame retardant 3.2 mil industrial-grade tape used for EMI/RFI shielding and cable wrap applications. Featuring a conductive acrylic adhesive that ensures firm adherence, this product is optimally used for applications requiring electrical conductivity, as the conductive particles in the adhesive offer low resistance between the substrate and the backing. This flame-retardant tape is designed for applications that require reliable point-to-point electrical contact. It comes on a removable liner for easy die cutting and handling, and it withstands a wide temperature range of -40°C to +266°F (-40°C to +130°C).

This tape is rated for 600 V dry applications and is designed for applications such as static charge draining, seaming shielded rooms, cable wrapping, and providing surface contact to non-solderable materials. It is ideal for EMI shielding, grounding, and static charge draining. The 1170 series is UL-listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
