Infineon’s high performance and high reliability SLC NAND product portfolio is available in 1 Gb, 2 Gb, 4 Gb and 8 Gb densities. These products will work with systems that support 1-bit ECC and going forward 4-bit ECC. All of Infineon's NAND products will be backed by Infineon's world-class customer support and commitment to longevity of supply.
