Locking actuators make these connectors user friendly, allow for the use of both FPC / FFC, and provide a high retention force when utilizing the built-in side catches for FPC. The lock feature creates a clear tactile click, confirming complete closure. The number of positions available ranges from 10 to 80. Typical applications include PDPs, LCDs, LCD TVs, PDP TVs, notebook PCs, car audio equipment, car navigation systems, DVD recorders, and set-top boxes.
