Broadcom's ARE1-xxxx-00000 products are the latest high power infrared emitting diodes targeting various IR applications within the industrial, automotive, medical, security, telecommunication, and consumer market segments.
The ARE1-xxxx-00000 product series comes in multiple options: wavelength (850 nm and 940 nm), viewing angle (90° and 150°), and single and double stack junctions. It is packaged in an industrial standard DFN footprint and surface-mount platform, making it manufacturer friendly.
The ARE1-xxxx-00000 series are non-ESD sensitive with attached Zener diodes within the package.
