This letter is attached to the DRV602EVM2 DirectPathTM evaluation module (EVM) package. Please
check that all material stated below is included in this package. If anything is missing, defective, or in
other way incorrect, please repack the material in the box that the evaluation module was shipped in
and contact your local TI representative who has provided this package.
The EVM package contains:
1 pc. DRV602EVM2 using the DRV602
1 pc. Users Guide (Important for setup and use; specifications, graphs, schematics,
and layout)
1 pc. PurePath CD-ROM containing:
Data manuals for available DirectPathTM devices and other TI Audio devices
General application reports
General Audio Precision test files (Requires AP S2 Dual Domain with AES-17 filter)
Note! Before setup and use of the EVM, please read the DRV602EVM2 Users Guide that includes
some important notices, warnings, restrictions, and disclaimers.
Note! Maximum Power-Supply Voltage: 5.0 VDC.
The DRV602EVM2 documentation includes the design files and parts configuration used for the
specific board. Other versions of the DRV602EVM2 design documentation may contain different board
revisions, so please keep the documentation attached this board also for future reference.
We encourage you to set up, listen carefully, and enjoy this DirectPathTM EVM board using high-end
performance amplifier, speakers, and excellent music.
All rights to the materials in this DRV602EVM2 package belong to Texas Instruments Inc. Patents are
pending on algorithms and circuitry used in the associated integrated circuits, on the printed circuit
board itself, and in the related documentation. Circuitry used on the board and shown in the
documentation may only be used together with the Texas Instruments DRVxxx devices associated with
the circuitries.
